SDA provides a Design Build format to integrate all services in a turn-key configuration from client consultation to construction and opening under the same umbrella to deliver the project vision from start to finish. All phases of the planning, design and construction (incl. permiting and inspections) are under the full oversight and management of the SDA project manager and project team. This process will reduce the opening schedule by several months due to negotiations with proven subcontractors and craftsmen.

SDA providesTraditional Services formatted by major department store consulting processes.The clients vision is developed by Store Planning, Interior Design guided by Architectural codes and structure. The design vocabulary is either custom or existing prototype retrofitted into new spaces and configurations. Preliminary and Final Store Planning Wall/ Aisle Plans and interior Design including finishes are presented to client for collaboration with Client's staff. The results of these meetings are solidified prior to construction document generation. Construction Administration is provided to the client in form of Final documentation, Finishes sample books and Specifications. RFI and punches are performed through the construction process thru opening.
